Jordan was absolutely fantastic! We had a bit of a difficult install due to the previous owners of the house and how they renovated the basement, however, Jordan was able to come up with a solution that worked and allowed for the softener to be installed without any additional work from us! He is very knowledgeable and was patient in answering ALL my questions! Cheryl was great as well when I initially called to get information! This is my second time having a water softener purchased and installed with White Water Softener Services. The first machine installed in my previous home back in 2016 is still working in perfect condition, never need any maintenances, just add salt as required. After purchasing a new house, I call Cheryl, and Bob did another great job for me since my basement has finished and they need a lot of extra work to get it done. However, again I am very happy with installation and the product. Kudo also given to Jordan who helps Bob for the installation. I definitely would recommend White Water Softener Services.read more

White Water came highly recommended from our plumber. Upon calling we were scheduled right away for work on our water softner.They identified the issue showed us the problem and had it all fixed in a couple of hours. Jordan the service tech was fantastic explaining exactly what was wrong, why and how to fix it.

Highly Recommend! I have an older Aquabon series 400 system, the motor on the timer stopped working. After calling around with no luck I found Bob at White Water, he was very knowledgeable on the system I have, Although parts don't exist anymore for these units, Bob had one at his shop. After a quick 30 minute visit he and assistant John had the old system up and running again. When the time comes to replace it I'll definitely be calling White Water again.read more

Bob really helped me out, I was looking for a specific O ring and ended up with a wealth of knowledge and information regarding the repair I was doing. As I was leaving I realized that the shop was closed for the day but that didn’t stop Bob from helping out!!

Outstanding service! Jordan absolutely knows his stuff. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly to repair my Culligan water softener that had been out of use for 4 years after spraying water all over my walls. Jordan made the repair quickly then thoroughly explained what the cause was. This service was also during Covid so Jordan had a mask on and respected social distance at all times. Chose to go with White Water Services after being let down by one of the bigger companies out there. I like that White Water Services sent someone out to assess our space and give us a quote who actually does the installs.
I found that with the bigger companies, they send a sales rep out who isn't as knowledgeable, which wasn't ideal for us as our install was a little tricky due to the space involved, and the rep wasn't sure how or if it could actually be done.
Jordan on the other hand came out, had a look at the space, and came up with a great solution. He then arrived a couple of weeks later with Bob and completed the install. We even got a slight refund as they said the job did not require as much work as they first thought.

Bob and Jordon showed up right on schedule to serve my Culligan water softener. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and definitely know their stuff. They cleaned and replenished the filter tank and softener tank, and overhauled the 2 timers. This is the second water softener and filtration system I've purchased from White Water in 30 years. The installer actually improved the look of original pipe layout in my basement ceiling at no charge. Very courteous and listened patiently to my tedious questions. I only had one instance where I needed my softener serviced in over 20 years. In my new house, I called White Water and they remembered me after many years. I purchased my second water softener and an RO system and had the same person install it after all this time. Great customer experience from beginning to end. A family business that is honest and not pushy at all. I spoke the Cheryl on the phone who is one of the owner's and her knowledge and expertise helped me select the right water softer for our family. We made a call to White water because we didn't feel our water softener was working properly. Jordan came by to give us a quote on a new water softener. He checked our unit and determined it was working fine. He did a quick tune-up and even tested our water. We were so impressed that he didn't try to sell us a new unit -- when it really wasn't necessary! We asked him to give us a quote on a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water system .... we were provided with a prompt quote and the installation was setup for that very afternoon. It even happened to be a Friday of a long weekend. Jordan and Bob helped us to relocate our water softener to a more convenient location -- as well as install the RO system. These guys are prompt, professional, courteous and really know their stuff! I would give them a 10 STAR rating if I could. I would definitely recommend them! Jordan the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early.
My water softener was running constantly and I thought I would have to buy a new one. Jordan explained the probable cause, examined the softener and repaired it. I thought the cost was very reasonable. He also answered some questions and gave me some information about water softeners in general and this one in particular.
They could have told me to buy a new one, but were honest enough to recommend a repair. I would definitely recommend this company.read more

I was completely new to water softeners and the owner, Cheryl, patiently answered all of my questions. With research, I found that their prices were very competitive and the systems they use are recognized as being reliable, efficient and cost-effective (I got the FLECK system).
They don't cut corners and they even gave me a part which replaces a default part just so it's better.
