5 stars. Its great to meet a thoroughly profession yet friendly subject matter expert. Bob the owner (I believe that's his name) came to our house and fixed our water softener. He didn't over charge and actually said I didn't need to replace certain parts that I may have assumed were needed to be replaced. A true expert, honest, i cannot recommend White Water enough.

Look no further. This is the place for a water softener. My experience from start to finish was stellar. Cheryl was friendly, polite and efficient on the phone. Jordan immediately came by and fairly assessed my old water softener and gave me an estimate to fix it or replace it. Jordan and Bob came by to install a new softener. They were clean, fast and extremely friendly. A family run business that treats you like you are one of their own. I highly recommend them.

Chose to go with White Water Services after being let down by one of the bigger companies out there. I like that White Water Services sent someone out to assess our space and give us a quote who actually does the installs. I found that with the bigger companies, they send a sales rep out who isn't as knowledgeable, which wasn't ideal for us as our install was a little tricky due to the space involved, and the rep wasn't sure how or if it could actually be done.Jordan on the other hand came out, had a look at the space, and came up with a great solution. He then arrived a couple of weeks later with Bob and completed the install. We even got a slight refund as they said the job did not require as much work as they first thought.I highly recommend this local, family owned company.

Bob and Jordon showed up right on schedule to serve my Culligan water softener. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and definitely know their stuff. They cleaned and replenished the filter tank and softener tank, and overhauled the 2 timers. Checked everything to make sure it worked, and flushed the system before leaving, and cleaned up perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

We contacted White Water online regarding a repair for our water softener. Within hours we had a response from Cheryl complete with a diagnosis, cost and available service call times. We really appreciated that White Water did not try to convince us to buy new, in fact, reassured us that a repair was a wise choice. Within 24 hours we were up and running. Jordan did a great job and patiently took the time to explain the diagnosis, show me the worn parts, tweak the programming and offer some tips. Great job and we would have no hesitation recommending White Water.

Just purchased a new water softener system which Jordan installed. In the past, White Water Softener performed repairs on my old system (bought from a big box store), and the service that they provided was fast and fairly priced. I had no hesitations in ordering a new system from them when my old one finally gave in after 15+ years. Jordan installed and actually created more usable space for us. I highly recommend this company!

This is the second water softener and filtration system I've purchased from White Water in 30 years. The installer actually improved the look of original pipe layout in my basement ceiling at no charge. Very courteous and listened patiently to my tedious questions. I only had one instance where I needed my softener serviced in over 20 years. In my new house, I called White Water and they remembered me after many years. I purchased my second water softener and an RO system and had the same person install it after all this time. (Bob)The service and pricing was excellent and I would highly recommend White Water if you're looking for quality service and product!

Great customer experience from beginning to end. A family business that is honest and not pushy at all. I spoke the Cheryl on the phone who is one of the owner's and her knowledge and expertise helped me select the right water softer for our family. The installer, Jordan was very professional and courteous when he came to our house to install the equipment. Provided us detailed instructions on how to maintain the unit. Lastly, the other owner actually took the time to come by, not to sell us more services, but to actually thank us for selecting them. I was blown away. I will definitely be recommending them.

We made a call to White water because we didn't feel our water softener was working properly. Jordan came by to give us a quote on a new water softener. He checked our unit and determined it was working fine. He did a quick tune-up and even tested our water. We were so impressed that he didn't try to sell us a new unit -- when it really wasn't necessary! We asked him to give us a quote on a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water system .... we were provided with a prompt quote and the installation was setup for that very afternoon. It even happened to be a Friday of a long weekend. Jordan and Bob helped us to relocate our water softener to a more convenient location -- as well as install the RO system. These guys are prompt, professional, courteous and really know their stuff! I would give them a 10 STAR rating if I could. I would definitely recommend them! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO WHITE WATER TEAM!

We made a call to White Water because our water softener was running continually. As luck would have it, Bob and Jordan were working in the area and arranged to stop by our home. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional. They repaired our current water softener for a reasonable price, saving us the cost of purchasing and installing a new one. We were so impressed that we asked them to come back to service our reverse osmosis system. Highly recommend!

Jordan the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. My water softener was running constantly and I thought I would have to buy a new one. Jordan explained the probable cause, examined the softener and repaired it. I thought the cost was very reasonable. He also answered some questions and gave me some information about water softeners in general and this one in particular. They could have told me to buy a new one, but were honest enough to recommend a repair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was completely new to water softeners and the owner, Cheryl, patiently answered all of my questions. With research, I found that their prices were very competitive and the systems they use are recognized as being reliable, efficient and cost-effective (I got the FLECK system). They don't cut corners and they even gave me a part which replaces a default part just so it's better.The technician Jordan was also very kind, courteous and professional. Would 10/10 recommend White Water to all my family and friends.
